When sending samples – you should follow the below guidelines

All samples should be packed in the following configurations:
  • Samples should be in 50’s OR 100’s, per case.
  •  You must include 2.5% safety stock in your final shipped qty
  • Samples can be scatter packed, in single units.
  • All cartons should be marked on the outside with product description and qty per case.
  • Pallets should be wood and wrapped in clear wrap w/affixed Packing Slip and BOL to the outside.
  • Pallet size should not exceed 48”x40”.

(Note, special arrangements can be made with W4P should your sample counts not match the above guidelines)
